Week 1 - its a NEW year :)

So, Xmas is finished and the New Year has finally begun.... a time to think things through and make some self promises....





My resolutions are always the same; get fit and lose weight!!
So, what makes this year any different??

I think, no I KNOW, I am finally ready....



I have lots of tools at my disposal, I have very supportive friends AND no pressure, if I fail one day or even one week, get up, brush off and start again....



So, I tried to maintain over the holiday period but didnt quite manage it, I put on 3lbs but thats super fine, as before I would have put on way, WAY more than that!!

so fresh start .....
