Somehow I managed to miss last weeks blog!

Well, anyway, week one of the NY was brilliant, so totally focused on doing exercise that I did not really concentrate too much on my food, after a fabulous weight loss BOOM the second week hit me.....

It just all unraveled a bit the second week with my arch nemesis FOOOOOOOOD!

So, whilst I didnt undo ALL the good work previously I am not as far forward as I hoped to be....

So more work and concentration on the food side this week and just keep kicking my own butt!!
